560 North Fairbanks is a proposed 787ft (240m) tall skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois. It is scheduled to be completed in 2010 and have 58 floors. The tower will have a 200 room hotel and 170 residential units. Solomon, Cordwell, Buenz and Associates designed the building and Draper and Kramer are developing it.

900 Biscayne Bay is a skyscraper in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in northeastern Downtown, and forms part of the Biscayne Wall, a series of skyscrapers visible from Biscayne Bay along the west side of Biscayne Boulevard. It opened for residential occupancy in early 2008. The tower is 650 feet (200 m) tall and has 63 floors.

99 Church Street is a new building under construction in Lower Manhattan, New York City. It will be the tallest residential building in the city, at 912 feet. The building was designed by Robert A. M. Stern, and is being developed by Silverstein Properties. The facade of 99 Church Street will be clad in limestone. 99 Church Street will contain a Four Seasons Hotel and condominium apartments.

Ashley Terrace is a building currently under construction in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It stands at 206 West Huron Street, near downtown, and close to the University of Michigan campus. The building has just started to go under construction (in 2006), and should be complete 2007. When complete, it will stand at 13 storeys in height, 10 above-ground, and 3 below ground. The building will have 94 units/rooms.

Asia is a residential skyscraper on Brickell Key in the Brickell district of Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. The tower rises 483 feet (147 m), with 36 floors. Asia was topped out in mid-2007, and was completed structurally in January 2008. It is currently the 20th-tallest building in Miami. The tower is one of several new residential developments taking place in Miami, and is a part of the city's recent Manhattanization wave.

Aspira is a 400 ft (122 m) tall skyscraper in the Denny Triangle neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. It has 37 floors, and is comprised mostly of apartments. Construction ended in late 2009.

Avenue on Brickell is a residential high-rise complex in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. The project consists of two high-rise residential towers, Avenue on Brickell East Tower and Avenue on Brickell West Tower. Both towers were topped off in early 2007, and were structurally completed in late 2007. Avenue East Tower, the taller of the two buildings, stands at 480 feet (146 meters), with 47 floors and its entrance is on Brickell Avenue.

Axis at Brickell Village is a high-rise building complex in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. The complex, designed by the renowned Arquitectonica architecture firm, consists of two residential twin towers, Axis at Brickell Village North Tower and Axis at Brickell Village South Tower. Both towers were topped off in mid-2007, meaning that they have reached their final heights and were completed in 2008. The towers rise 418 feet (127 meters) each, with 40 floors.

The Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park is a 1,200 ft (366 m) skyscraper in the Midtown Manhattan district of New York City, in the United States. It is located on Sixth Avenue, between 42nd and 43rd Street, opposite Bryant Park. The US$1 billion project has been designed by Cook+Fox Architects to be one of the most efficient and ecologically friendly buildings in the world.

The Bank of the West Tower, also known as 500 Capitol Mall, is a 25-story 433,508-square-foot (40,274.2 m) high-rise in downtown Sacramento, California with a 10-level, 800 stall parking garage. The building consists of a 5-story atrium/lobby, ground floor retail, office space, and a 2-level penthouse restaurant or meeting facility. The structure has a steel frame and features a granite curtain wall with stone-on-precast and stone-on-truss panels on the exterior.
