Parkway22 is an approved residential community planned for the international art neighborhood/Benjamin Franklin Parkway region of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Initially, Parkway22 was to be completed in 2010, with a 37-story condo tower, a six-story loft building and 12 town homes. The condo tower as planned was to rise 407 ft (124 m), and would likely have become the 25th-tallest building in Philadelphia upon completion.

The Duke Energy Center is a 786 feet (240 m) tall, 48-floor (54 floors including mechanical floors) skyscraper in Charlotte, North Carolina. When completed in 2010, it was the second tallest building in Charlotte, and the tallest in the world to use precast double tees built by Prestress of the Carolinas. The building and adjacent cultural arts campus are owned by Wells Fargo.

Park Avenue West, nicknamed PAW, is a high-rise building currently under construction in downtown Portland, Oregon, United States. When completed it will stand at a height of 476 feet (145 meters) and become the third tallest building in Portland behind the Wells Fargo Center and the US Bancorp Tower. Park Avenue West was initially scheduled to be completed in 2010 and is being developed by Tom Moyer.

560 North Fairbanks is a proposed 787ft (240m) tall skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois. It is scheduled to be completed in 2010 and have 58 floors. The tower will have a 200 room hotel and 170 residential units. Solomon, Cordwell, Buenz and Associates designed the building and Draper and Kramer are developing it.
