The Ardea, formerly known as "3720", is an apartment high-rise building in the South Waterfront district of Portland, Oregon, United States. The building was completed in March 2009, however was turned over in phases allowing occupancy beginning in August 2008. The Ardea was developed by Gerding Edlen, designed by GBD Architects, and constructed by Hoffman Construction.

The Curtis, also known as the Executive Tower, is a 350ft (107m) tall skyscraper in Denver, Colorado. It was completed in 1974 and has 30 floors. It is the 31st tallest building in the city. The Curtis Hotel became a member of the Hilton family on January 5th, 2010. It is now called The Curtis-A Doubletree Hotel.

The Mercer West Tower is a 30-story, 401 ft (122 m) high-rise condominium building located on Sage Street in the uptown district of Houston, Texas, United States. The building is the first of two towers that are part of the Mercer Towers complex. The tower is the 45th tallest building in the city. The Mercer West Tower opened in 2003, after being constructed in less than one year.

The Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia is a 394 feet (120-meter) 30-storey skyscraper located south of City Hall in the Center City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1930-1931 as the Girard Trust Building. The tower was actually an addition to a domed low-rise building which was constructed in 1908. It was then renamed Two Mellon Plaza. One Meridian Plaza (1972-1999) was connected to this building.

The Time-Life Building is a 404-foot-tall (123 m), 30-story skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois designed by Harry Weese and completed in 1969. Located in the Near North Side, it was among the first in the U.S. to use double-decker elevators. The odd-numbered floors are accessible from the lower lobby, with even floors serviced from the upper level. Currently managed by the Golub Group. It currently serves as the headquarters for the Chicago Park District.

Charles Center is a highrise apartment building located in Baltimore, Maryland. The building stands 385 feet/117 meters tall and contains 30 floors. The building was constructed in 1969 by developers Conklin + Rossant.

Two Embarcadero Center is office skyscraper located off The Embarcadero in the financial district of San Francisco, California. The 126.00 m (413.39 ft), 30 storey tower, completed in 1974 is part of the Embarcadero Center, a complex of seven towers, of which two are hotels. Twin-tower Three Embarcadero Center is the same height, but has one additional floor.

The University Village is a complex of three apartment buildings located in Greenwich Village in the Lower Manhattan-part of New York City. The complex is owned by New York University and was built in the 1960s as part of the University's transition to a residential college. One of the towers, 505 LaGuardia Place, is a co-op that does not house students and the other two towers, Silver Tower I and Silver Tower II, house faculty and graduate students of NYU.

Wells Fargo Center is a 129 m (423 ft) office building in downtown Sacramento California. Construction on the skyscraper began in 1990 with completion in in 1992, and yet stands as the tallest building in the city. The building occupies a 2.3 acre city block, and features a five-story granite and marble walled interior within a clear glass atrium. The project was developed by Hellmuth, Obata and Kassabaum.

The Woodmen Tower is a 478-ft (146-m) high-rise building at 1700 Farnam Street in downtown Omaha, Nebraska, and is the headquarters of the Woodmen of the World insurance company. Originally completed in 1969, the Woodmen rises 30 stories. It was the tallest skyscraper in Omaha for over 30 years, until the construction of the First National Bank Tower.
