The Russ Building is a Neo-Gothic office tower located in San Francisco's Financial District. The 133 meter (435 feet) building was completed in 1927 and had 32 floors as well as the city's first indoor parking garage. The building was the tallest building in San Francisco from 1927–1964 and one of the most prominent, along with its 435 foot (133 meter) 'twin' the PacBell Building to the south.

Preston Partnership, LLC designed the building, which is the 9th tallest building in Tampa. It has 381 units and 10,500 square feet (980 m) of retail space. William “Wild Bill” Stroup BASE jumped off the building on March 6, 2007.

The Summit is a highrise condo tower designed by Joseph Eichler, located at the top of the upscale Russian Hill in San Francisco, California, at 999 Green Street. The tower is 315 feet (96 m) tall and has 32 floors of residential condominiums. The tower, completed in 1965, has some of San Francisco's most expensive and scenic condos. This residential tower is featured in Sean Wilsey's book Oh the Glory of It All.

The Vern Riffe State Office Tower is a 503ft (153m) tall skyscraper in Columbus, Ohio. It was completed in 1988 and has 32 floors. NBBJ designed the building, which is the 5th tallest in Columbus, and has 102,192 m² floor area. An eariler idea for this site, also by NBBJ, would have included a site to the west of the present location, and would have effictivley closed off South Wall Street north of West State Street. The building was named for Vernal G.

The WallStreet Tower Omaha is a 32-story, 373 ft condomium project that will become Omaha, Nebraska's third tallest building upon completion. The building will be built on the site of the former Union Pacific headquarters, located at 14th and Dodge Street. Prices for a unit range from $195,000-$620,000. The project was expected to be completed by Fall 2009, although, it is now expected to begin construction at that time. . The plan previously consisted of 192 condos, but has now dropped to 96.

Standing at a structural height of 444 feet (135 m), it is the tallest office building and the second tallest skyscraper in the city of San Antonio, behind the Tower of the Americas. The building was originally called NBC Plaza., and is faced with Texas granite and limestone. The city's riverwalk flows directly to the east of the building.
