One Nationwide Plaza is a 40-story skyscraper in Columbus, Ohio that is the headquarters of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. It is part of the complex of buildings known as Nationwide Plaza. Nationwide outgrew its famous 246 Building by the 1970s and work began on a new headquarters for the company. In 1977, the 146 m (485 ft) building was completed. The building is located at the corner of N. High Street and what is now Nationwide Blvd. on the northern edge of downtown Columbus, Ohio.

1 New York Plaza is an office building in New York City, built in 1969, and is located at the intersection of South and Whitehall Streets (40°42′08″N 74°00′42″W / 40.70214°N 74.01175°W / 40.70214; -74.01175). It is the southernmost of all Manhattan skyscrapers. In 1959 the City of New York attempted to acquire through eminent domain the land under this development as part of the Battery Park Urban Renewal Area.

One North Pennsylvania, formerly known as the Oddfellows Building, is a high rise building in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was completed in 1908 and has 16 floors. It is primarily used for office space.

One Park Place is a 518 ft (158 m) tall apartment building located adjacent to Discovery Green park in downtown Houston, Texas. Completed in May 2009, the building has 340 units on 30 floors with a total height of 501 feet (153 m) and 37 floors. The building has 346 apartment units. The ground floor has retail shops and restaurants, while the six floors immediately above the ground floor have secure parking.

34 Peachtree Street, formerly known as One Park Tower is a 439ft (134m) tall skyscraper in Atlanta, Georgia. It was completed in 1961 and has 32 floors. It is the 24th tallest building in Atlanta, and was the tallest until it was passed by 2 Peachtree Street in 1966.

1 Penn Plaza is a skyscraper in New York City, located between 33rd and 34th Streets, west of Seventh Avenue, and adjacent to Pennsylvania Station and Madison Square Garden. It is the tallest building in the Pennsylvania Plaza complex of office buildings, hotels, and entertainment facilities. The skyscraper was designed by Kahn & Jacobs and completed in 1972. It reaches 750 feet (229 m) with 57 floors. The tower has three setbacks at 7th, 14th, and 55th floors.

One PNC Plaza is a high-rise office building located in the Golden Triangle neighborhood of the Central Business District of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States. Constructed in 1972, it is 424 feet (129 m) in height and has 30 stories. It houses the general offices for PNC Financial Services and serves as the corporation's principal headquarters.

One Post Office Square is a 40-floor Modern skyscraper in the Financial District section of Boston, Massachusetts. The skyscraper is Boston's 10th-tallest building, standing 525 feet (160 m) tall. The building has approximately 766,000 square feet (71,000 m) of Class A office space. An attached, eight-level parking garage offers 368 parking spaces and direct access to the building's lobby. At the time, the skyscraper was significant as the first new downtown skyscraper built in Chicago in 21 years (the last such building was the Field Building, now headquarters of LaSalle Bank, completed in 1934).

Fifth Third Center at One SeaGate is the tallest building in Toledo, Ohio. Until 2006, the building served as the world headquarters for Owens-Illinois. In 2007, Fifth Third Bank moved their Northwest Ohio headquarters to the building. Costing $100 million, One SeaGate was built as the centerpiece of the SeaGate project in downtown Toledo. Groundbreaking took place in May 1979, and was officially dedicated in June 1982.
