The Legacy at Millennium Park is a 72 story skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois, located along S. Wabash Avenue, near E. Monroe Street. The building contains 360 luxury condominium units, as well as providing 460 parking spaces. Additionally the build includes 41,000 sq ft (3,800 m). (3,809 square meter) of classroom space for the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in the lower floors. The site where the building is erected preserves the historic facade of the Chicago Landmark Jewelers Row District on Wabash Ave. The building's narrow design is intended to provide vantage points of the lake and park for all unit owners.
