It will contain 73 floors with condominiums and also some for commercial use. The unit count is 997 units, and the skyscraper has a floor area of 121,463 m². It has not yet been approved.
150 Greenwich Street is the address for a new skyscraper being erected as part of the World Trade Center reconstruction in New York City. The office building has also been referred to as Four World Trade Center and will be on the east side of Greenwich Street, across the street from the original location of the twin towers that were destroyed during the September 11, 2001 attacks.

Upon completion in 2013 it will stand at 306 meters (1005 feet) tall, making it one of the tallest buildings in the city. The mixed use tower is developed by the Extell Development Company. 300 East Pratt Street is a hotel being planned in Baltimore, Maryland. The building is expected to rise 640 ft/195 m. Construction of the building was to begin in 2007 and was expected to be completed in 2010. The construction of this building was proposed in 2003, though, it was never approved by the state of Maryland. In 2006, the construction of the building was again proposed, and finally approved by the state of Maryland.
4 World Trade Center (also known by its street address, 150 Greenwich Street) is a skyscraper that is part of the new World Trade Center complex in New York City. It opened to tenants and the public on November 13, 2013. It is located on the southeast corner of the 16-acre (6.5 ha) World Trade Center site, where the original nine-story 4 World Trade Center stood. Pritzker Prize-winning architect Fumihiko Maki was awarded the contract to design the 978-foot-tall (298 m) building.
432 Park Avenue is a supertall residential skyscraper in Manhattan, New York City. Originally proposed to be 1,300 feet (396 meters) in 2011, the structure topped out at 1,396 ft (426 m). It was developed by CIM Group and features 104 condominium apartments. Construction began in 2012 and was completed on December 23, 2015.
