The high-rise office building stands at 17 stories, and is used primarily as office space, telecommunications, as a hotel, and is owned by communications giant AT&T. The building was designed using the modern architectural style, and incorporates a great deal of granite into its materials. It is a part of the AT&T Michigan Headquarters. It was designed by the architecture firm Smith Hinchman & Grylls, who also designed several other Detroit, Michigan office buildings.
