The Miami Center is a skyscraper in downtown Miami, Florida. Although not even close to being one of that city's tallest buildings, it is a symbol of early downtown. Built in 1983, it is older compared with most of the taller buildings in Miami, which have been built in the last decade. In addition, the Miami Center is immediately adjacent to Bayfront Park, and is unobstructed when looking at the skyline from Miami Beach to the east. The building is 484 ft (148 m) tall and has 34 floors.

701 Brickell Avenue, more commonly known by its former name, The Lincoln Center, is an office skyscraper in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. It is located on Brickell Avenue in the northern Brickell Financial District, just three blocks from Biscayne Bay. The tower was built in 1986 and opened as the Lincoln Center, it held that title until 2004.

The Mark on Brickell is a residential high-rise building located south of the downtown region of Miami, Florida. Standing at 420 feet (128 meters), the building is currently the 46th-tallest building in the city (as of May 2008). The building is directly on the Biscayne Bay waterfront and its address is 1155 Brickell Bay Drive. The Mark on Brickell houses 36 floors, and was completed in 2001. The building's developer was the Related Group of Florida.

Asia is a residential skyscraper on Brickell Key in the Brickell district of Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. The tower rises 483 feet (147 m), with 36 floors. Asia was topped out in mid-2007, and was completed structurally in January 2008. It is currently the 20th-tallest building in Miami. The tower is one of several new residential developments taking place in Miami, and is a part of the city's recent Manhattanization wave.

Vue at Brickell is a residential tower in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. Built in 2004, it is part of the recent building boom in Miami. The building consists of condominiums, as well as restaurants and other retail stores. It contains 37 floors, and is 423 ft (129 m) tall. The address is 1250 South Miami Avenue. The building is located near the Mary Brickell Village shopping area, on South Miami Avenue between 12th and 13th (Coral Way) Streets.

Blue on the Bay is a skyscraper in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in the northern part of the city, near Midtown Miami, in the Edgewater neighborhood. Completed in 2005, it was part of the recent building boom in Miami. It is 425 feet (130 m) tall, and contains 37 floors. Floors 1-3 are used for retail, and floors 4-36 are used for residential units. The 37th floor contains an observation deck and resident facilities.

One Biscayne Tower is an office skyscraper in downtown Miami, Florida. It is located on the eastern edge of the Central Business District, on South Biscayne Boulevard. It is comprised completely of Class A office space. The building contains 39 floors and is 492 ft (150 m) tall, to the roof. The 200-foot (61 m) antenna on top of the building raises its total height, including antenna, to nearly 700 feet (210 m).

The Brickell Financial Center is an under construction skyscraper office complex in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in Downtown's northern Brickell Financial District, on the corner of Brickell Avenue and Southeast 7th Street. The complex contains the state of Florida's first building to be pre-certified under the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). It includes office space, a hotel, luxury condominiums and a public plaza.

1450 Brickell, is an all-office skyscraper in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It is 540 feet (165 m) tall with 40 floors. It is adjacent to One Broadway in Downtown Miami's southern Brickell Financial District. The building is located on the corner of Brickell Avenue and Broadway. The architect is Nichols, Brosch, Wurst, Wolfe & Associates, Inc. The building contains more than 580,000 square feet of office space.

Metropolitan Miami is a complex of four skyscrapers in the central business district of Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. These are Met 1, Met 2 Financial Center (officially the Wells Fargo Center), Met 2 Marriott Marquis and Met 3. Met 1 was finished in 2007, Met 2 was completed in early 2010, and Met 3 is currently under construction for completion in 2011. Met 1 was the first building to be completed in the complex.
