One Broadway is a residential skyscraper in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in Downtown's southern Brickell Financial District, an area of increased density with the recent building boom in Miami. The 42-story tower was completed in 2005, and is located at 1451 South Miami Avenue, two blocks west of Brickell Avenue. The building is near Southeast/Southwest 15th Road, which is known as Broadway in Miami.

The Pointe at Brickell Village is a high-rise building planned for construction in the downtown region of Miami, Florida. 1080 Brickell is a proposed skyscraper planned to be built at 1080 Brickell Avenue. It rises 149 metres (489 ft) into the sky and holds 43 floors with residential condominiums. It contains 315 condominium units, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, and a spa. 1080 Brickell is adjacent to the metromover.

Latitude on the River is a complex of residential and office towers in Downtown Miami, Florida. The complex consists of the 44-story north tower (476 ft / 145 m) Latitude on the River and the 23-story south tower Latitude One (both completed in 2007). The complex is located on the southern banks of the Miami River in downtown.

One Miami is a complex of two adjacent skyscrapers in downtown Miami, Florida named One Miami East Tower and One Miami West Tower. It consists of two towers located at the Miami River delta, where the river empties into Biscayne Bay. The East Tower is the taller of the two, at 460 ft (140 m). It contains 44 floors, and was completed in 2005. The West Tower is 449 ft (137 m) tall, and contains 45 floors. It, too, was completed in 2005.

It consists of three skyscraper buildings located on Brickell Key, an urban island to the east of the Central Business District. Three Tequesta Point, the tallest of the three, was completed in 2001. It is 480 ft (146 m) tall, and has 46 floors. Two Tequesta Point, the central building of the complex, was completed in 1999. It is 410 ft (125 m) tall, and has 40 floors.

The Miami Tower is a 47-story, landmark office skyscraper in the city of Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in central Downtown. It is currently the 8th tallest building in Miami and Florida. Built for CenTrust Savings & Loan in 1987, the 47-story building ranks in the top ten tallest skyscrapers in Miami and in Florida at a height of 625 feet (191 m) and is known for its elaborate night-time illuminations and its dramatic three glass tiers.

Avenue on Brickell is a residential high-rise complex in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. The project consists of two high-rise residential towers, Avenue on Brickell East Tower and Avenue on Brickell West Tower. Both towers were topped off in early 2007, and were structurally completed in late 2007. Avenue East Tower, the taller of the two buildings, stands at 480 feet (146 meters), with 47 floors and its entrance is on Brickell Avenue.

Paramount Bay at Edgewater Square is a high-rise condominium building in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami, Florida, United States. It stands 554.92 feet (169.14 m), with 47 floors. It was completed in late 2008. It was designed by the Arquitectonica architecrural firm, and developed by Royal Palm Communities. Paramount Bay at Edgewater Square is a part of the recent Manhattanization wave that is taking place throughout Miami. Paramount Bay at Edgewater Square is designed in an L-shape.
