The Michigan Mutual Liability Annex is an office building in downtown Detroit, Michigan, located at 25 West Elizabeth Street. The high-rise was constructed in 1950 and finished in 1951. It stands at 13 floors in height, 10 above, and 3 below-ground. it is a part of the Michigan Mutual Liability Company Complex. The Michigan Mutual Liability Annex is used mainly for offices, and includes a parking garage.

Legacy at Memorial is a 25-story apartment building containing 274 units, with a smaller structure containing 60 lofts located on 3.3 acres and located along Memorial Drive in Houston, Texas.

The Sohmer Piano Building (or Sohmer Building) is an 1897 Beaux-Arts building located at 170 Fifth Avenue at 22nd Street, in the New York City borough of Manhattan, just southwest of the Flatiron Building. Designed by Robert Maynicke, it is easily recognizable by its gold dome. Sohmer & Co.

The Santa Fe Terminal Complex is an 18-acre complex of historic buildings in the Government District of downtown Dallas, Texas (USA). Constructed in 1924 as the headquarters for the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railway and the Southwest’s largest merchandising center, three of the original four buildings remain today and have been renovated into various uses.

Iron Quarter is a planned $50 million redevelopment of most of the 100 block of West Main Street that will feature extensive office space and the first significant new retail space in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. Developer Todd Blue plans the Iron Quarter project as an adjunct to the downtown arena, building a glass and steel structure that will tower over the historic West Main Street area.

Some of the finest buildings in New Jersey, New York, and other large eastern cities were built by the Hedden Construction Company, one of the largest construction companies operating in Newark in the very early 1900s. Among the most notable is the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Tower located at One Madison Avenue in New York, NY. The tower was the world's tallest building from 1909 to 1913 and home to the Hedden Construction Company's main offices located on the 36th and 37th floors.

Kips Bay Towers is a large two-building condominium complex in the Kips Bay neighborhood of Manhattan with a total of 1,118 units. The complex was designed by architect I.M. Pei in the contemporary brutalist style and completed in 1963. James Ingo Freed was also involved in the design. The complex occupies an area of three city blocks, or approximately 7.5 acres, bounded by First and Second Avenues and 30th and 33d Streets.

Ritz-Carlton Chicago (A Four Seasons Hotel) is a part of the Toronto-based Four Seasons chain of luxury hotels and resorts. Ritz-Carlton Chicago, an American Automobile Association (AAA) Five Diamond and Mobil Five Star hotel, is located atop Water Tower Place in the heart of downtown Chicago, Illinois.

Pacific Place is a Class-A skyscraper located at 1910 Pacific Avenue in the City Center District of Dallas, Texas. The structure contains 20 floors of office space and stands adjacent to the historic Majestic Theatre. It is connected to the Dallas Pedestrian Network and sits across Pacific Avenue from Aston Park and the proposed Pacific Plaza Park. It lies within the Harwood Historic District, but it not a contributing structure.

The Wurlitzer Building is a high-rise building in downtown Detroit, Michigan, located at 1509 Broadway Street. It stands at 14 floors. The building is currently unused, but at one time held offices. Those offices originally served the Wurlitzer Organ Co. An original Wurlitzer still resides in the Fox Theater. It was built in 1926 and is designed in the renaissance revival architectural style. It stands right next to the Metropolitan Building (Detroit).
