Kips Bay Towers is a large two-building condominium complex in the Kips Bay neighborhood of Manhattan with a total of 1,118 units. The complex was designed by architect I.M. Pei in the contemporary brutalist style and completed in 1963. James Ingo Freed was also involved in the design. The complex occupies an area of three city blocks, or approximately 7.5 acres, bounded by First and Second Avenues and 30th and 33d Streets.

The Charlevoix Building is an unused building in downtown Detroit, Michigan, United States, and one of the oldest standing structures in the city. The building is located at 2033 Park Avenue, in the Foxtown neighbourhood. It stands next to the Park Apartments, and across the street from the Kales Building. This is one of Detroit's oldest standing structures, built in 1905, standing at 12 floors in height.

The Alameda County Superior Court is the California Superior Court located in Oakland, California with jurisdiction over the entire Alameda County. The original courthouse was established on June 6, 1853 in Alvarado, California (a part of present-day Union City). After the county seat moved to Oakland (first to San Leandro), a new courthouse was built in 1875, locating near Oakland's Washington Square.

Built in 1964 by Alcoa, William Zeckendorf and Welton Becket Associates, the guard gated and exclusive Century Towers was originally designed as apartments by world renowned architect I.M. Pei. Perhaps best known for the “Pyramide du Louvre,” his landmark glass pyramid addition to the Louvre Museum (Paris, France,) Pei brought his signature styling to the creation of the mid-Century towers.

201 Folsom Street is the second phase of Tishman Speyer's massive two block development in South of Market, San Francisco. It is located one block to the southwest of the project's first phase: The Infinity. 201 Folsom I will stand 43 stories tall and 201 Folsom II will stand 38 stories tall. The entire complex will contain 820 units.

The Ford Building is a high-rise office building standing at 615 Griswold Street, in downtown Detroit, Michigan. It is located at the northwest corner of the intersection between Congress Street and Griswold Street in the heart of Detroit's Financial District. Next door sits the Penobscot Building, and across Griswold St. dwells the Guardian Building. Designed by Daniel Burnham, it was built in 1907 and finished in 1909. It celebrated its 100th year of existence in 2009.

The DoubleTree Guest Suites Fort Shelby/Detroit Downtown is an historic high-rise hotel, located at 525 West Lafayette Boulevard (at First Street) in downtown Detroit, Michigan. It was originally named the "Fort Shelby Hotel" when it opened its doors in 1916. In 1951 it was renamed the "Pick Fort Shelby" when it was bought out by the Albert Pick Hotels Company. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Brix is a mixed use project in Seattle, Washington located at 530 Broadway Avenue East. The mixed use project was developed by Schnitzer West and designed by Mithun Architects. It consists of two buildings and has 141 residential condominium homes and 7,700 square feet (720 m) of retail space on Broadway Avenue East.

It is located in the heart of downtown Chicago overlooking Lake Michigan.

The Mondrian is a 20-story high-rise located at 3000 Blackburn Street in the Cityplace neighborhood of Oak Lawn, Dallas, Texas (USA). Construction started on the structure in 2003 and the building was completed in 2005, The building is located at the corner of McKinney Avenue and Blackburn Street. A central high-rise tower 20 stories high containing 146 dwelling units anchors the structure's postmodern architectural theme. The tower is flanked by 72 two-story urban loft units.
