Candela Hotel & Residences is an approved 410 ft (125 m) tall skyscraper in Seattle, Washington. It will have 36 floors, and will be located near the historic Pike Place Market at the intersection of 2nd Avenue and Pike Street. The architecture of the building is particularly interesting as it is significantly smaller in the middle than the top and the bottom. Construction is set to be complete in 2012.

Norfolk Southern Tower is one of the major distinctive and recognizable features of Downtown Norfolk, Virginia, United States. The tower is named for the Norfolk Southern Corporation whose headquarters are located in the building.

GiraSole is a supertall skyscraper approved for construction in New York City. The building is planned to be completed by 2011, and is expected to rise 60 floors and 1,000 feet (305 m) in height. Fxfowle Architects designed the building, which would have 139,355 m² of floor space. Girasole means sunflower in Italian.

Eighty on Fourth is a 506ft (154m) proposed skyscraper in Las Vegas, Nevada. If built it will have 40 floors and 89 units.

201 Folsom Street is the second phase of Tishman Speyer's massive two block development in South of Market, San Francisco. It is located one block to the southwest of the project's first phase: The Infinity. 201 Folsom I will stand 43 stories tall and 201 Folsom II will stand 38 stories tall. The entire complex will contain 820 units.

Trump Tower Denver is a proposed 715ft (218m) tall skyscraper in Denver, Colorado. If built, the 60 floor building will become the tallest building in the Rocky Mountain region, topping Republic Plaza by one foot. Plans originally called for a 48 floor tower named the El Jebel Tower.

The 1200 Landmark Center is a 255 ft (78 m), 15-story skyscraper at the corner of South 13th and Farnam Streets in Downtown Omaha, Nebraska, United States. As of 2004, the building is home to the Omaha operations of Pacific Life.

Brix is a mixed use project in Seattle, Washington located at 530 Broadway Avenue East. The mixed use project was developed by Schnitzer West and designed by Mithun Architects. It consists of two buildings and has 141 residential condominium homes and 7,700 square feet (720 m) of retail space on Broadway Avenue East.

Max Tower is a proposed high-rise building planned for construction in the downtown region of Miami, Florida. If completed, the building would stand at 508 feet (155 meters), with 55 floors.
