The Eaton Center is a skyscraper in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. The building has 28 stories and rises to a height of 356 ft (109 m). The structure, was one of the structures that expanded Cleveland's central business district eastward in the early-1980s building boom in the city. The decision for Eaton Center started in 1978, when St. John's College, which at the time was owned by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cleveland experienced a downturn in enrollment. St.

Max Tower is a proposed high-rise building planned for construction in the downtown region of Miami, Florida. If completed, the building would stand at 508 feet (155 meters), with 55 floors. The tower has an estimated completion date of 2009. Max Tower is a part of the recent Manhattanization wave that is taking place throughout Miami. Crown Las Vegas, formerly known as the Las Vegas Tower, was a proposed supertall skyscraper that would have been built on the Las Vegas Strip in Winchester, Nevada, an unincorporated suburban community of Las Vegas. If built, the tower would have been 1,064 feet (324 m) tall, making it the tallest building in the Las Vegas metropolitan area and the 2nd-tallest structure in the Las Vegas Valley and in the state of Nevada, after the Stratosphere Tower.

One Museum Park West is the companion structure to One Museum Park in the Near South Side community area (neighborhood) in Chicago, Illinois, USA. It is located at the north end of the Central Station development. Museum Park is a complex of multiple residential towers within the Central Station development at the southern edge of Grant Park, across Lake Shore Drive from Chicago's Museum Campus. Construction of One Museum Park West will follow the 62-story One Museum Park, directly to the east.

Pacific Plaza Park will be a 3.0-acre (12,000 m) public park located in downtown Dallas, Texas, USA. The park will be located between St. Paul Street and Harwood Street, north of Pacific Avenue in the City Center District. The City of Dallas acquired the land—currently parking lots—with help from the Trust for Public Land. A timeline for construction of the $9 million park has not been set.

99 Hudson Street is a 637ft (194m) tall proposed skyscraper in Jersey City, New Jersey. It will completed 2009 and will have 37 floors.

AVA is an approved 445 ft (136 m) tall skyscraper in Seattle, Washington. The building, designed by Weber + Thompson, will have 39 floors, and will be located at 8th Avenue and Pine Street. There will be a luxury hotel on floors 10 through 17, with 200 condominiums comprising the upper floors. Construction is set to complete in 2010, however it has been postponed until the economy recovers.

The Houston Tower was a visionary skyscraper to be built in Houston. It was one of the tallest buildings ever fully envisioned, and would have taken up 16 city blocks if ever constructed. Its design was reminiscent of the Willis Tower, only the "tubes" in the Houston Tower would number 16 and be triangular.

31st Park is a proposed high-rise building planned for construction in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami, Florida. If completed, the building would stand at 510 feet (155 meters), with 49 floors. The tower has an estimated completion date of 2009. 31st Park is a part of the recent Manhattanization wave that is taking place throughout Miami. The tower is currently going through the approval process, and final designs have not yet been released.

Two World Trade Center, also known by its street address, 200 Greenwich Street, is a new office building approved for construction as part of the World Trade Center reconstruction in New York City. When completed, the tower will be located on the east side of Greenwich Street, across the street from the original location of the Twin Towers that were destroyed during the September 11, 2001 attacks. The 79-story building was designed by Foster and Partners, London.
