The Jeffersonian Apartments is a large apartment building on Detroit, Michigan's near-east side, at 9000 East Jefferson Avenue. Built in 1965, primarily of glass and steel in the international architecture style, it stands 30 stories and contains 412 residential units. The site is close to the MacArthur Bridge and Belle Isle. As the building is situated on a steep slope, the Jefferson Avenue entrance is 17 feet higher than the back entrance along the Detroit River.

PNC Financial Services maintains regional offices in the building as the major tenant. The triangular-shaped high-rise was constructed in 1974, and completed in 1975. It stands 25 stories (346 ft/106m), and is used mainly for office space, retail, and restaurant uses. It was designed in the international style of architecture. Its main materials are concrete and glass.
