It contains 315 condominium units, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, and a spa. 1080 Brickell is adjacent to the metromover.

701 Brickell Avenue, more commonly known by its former name, The Lincoln Center, is an office skyscraper in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. It is located on Brickell Avenue in the northern Brickell Financial District, just three blocks from Biscayne Bay. The tower was built in 1986 and opened as the Lincoln Center, it held that title until 2004.

It is located in northeastern Downtown, and forms part of the Biscayne Wall, a series of skyscrapers visible from Biscayne Bay along the west side of Biscayne Boulevard. It opened for residential occupancy in early 2008. The tower is 650 feet (200 m) tall and has 63 floors.
