It was completed in late 2008. It was designed by the Arquitectonica architecrural firm, and developed by Royal Palm Communities. Paramount Bay at Edgewater Square is a part of the recent Manhattanization wave that is taking place throughout Miami. Paramount Bay at Edgewater Square is designed in an L-shape. With this design, the building will offer views of Biscayne Bay from every condominium unit. In addition, the tower will rise along two sides of the new Edgewater Square, which is being designed as the first bayfront retail plaza on Biscayne corridor. The building is being designed with many luxury and state-of-the-art features. These include private elevator foyers for each unit, touch-screen hospitality service panels, a movie theater, individual garden terraces for penthouse units, and a rooftop swimming pool. The penthouse units of the building will be among the most expenisve in the city.
