1 William Street is an office building located in New York City. The building, completed in 1907, was built for J & W Seligman, an investment bank. In 1928, the building was acquired by Lehman Brothers, another investment bank, which remained headquartered there until 1980. The building is presently owned by Intesa Sanpaolo, Italy's largest bank. In 1996, the building was designated as a landmark by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission.

One Worldwide Plaza is part of a three-building, mixed-use commercial and residential complex completed in 1989, in the New York City borough of Manhattan, known collectively as Worldwide Plaza. One Worldwide Plaza is a commercial office tower on Eighth Avenue. Two Worldwide Plaza is a condominium residential tower west of the center of the block, and Three Worldwide Plaza is a low-rise condominium residential building with street level stores on Ninth Avenue, to the west of the towers.

One57, formerly known as Carnegie 57 (nicknamed "The Billionaire Building"), is a 75-story (marketed as 90-story) supertall skyscraper at 157 West 57th Street in the Midtown neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. Upon completion in 2014, it stood at 1,005 feet (306 m) tall, making it the tallest residential building in the city for a few months until 432 Park Avenue was constructed.

400 East Randolph Street Condominiums or simply 400 East Randolph (formerly Outer Drive East) is a 40-story high-rise designed by Reinheimer & Associates. The building primarily consists of residential condominiums, though there are a couple businesses and restaurants located in the building. Located on East Randolph Street on the New Eastside in Chicago, the building sits between The Buckingham to its west and Harbor Point to its east.

The PacBell Building or 140 New Montgomery Street in San Francisco's South of Market district is a Neo-Gothic, 435 feet (133 m) office tower located close to the St. Regis Museum Tower and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. The 26-floor building was completed in 1925 and was San Francisco's first significant skyscraper development when construction began in 1924. The building was the tallest in San Francisco until the Russ Building tied its 435 foot (133 m) height two years later in 1927.

The AT&T Switching Center, is a 448ft (137m) tall skyscraper in Los Angeles, California. It was completed in 1961 and has 17 floors. It is the 29th tallest building in Los Angeles. A microwave tower, used from 1961 - 1993, is on top of the building. The building now serves 1.3 million phone lines in the 213 area code for foreign long distance calling.

The Pacific Gas & Electric Building is an office skyscraper located in San Francisco's Financial District on Mission Street. The building, completed in 1971, stands 492 feet or 150 m tall and has 34 floors. Pacific Gas & Electric, Northern California's main utility, is headquartered in this tower.

Palmer Plaza is a 269 foot 18 story skyscraper in Nashville, Tennessee and is named after the company who built it and is headquartered there, Alex S. Palmer & Company. The building features a rooftop fitness center. The ninth floor of the building is home to the Consulate-General of Japan in Nashville.

The Palmolive Building, formerly the Playboy Building, is a 37-story Art Deco building at 919 N. Michigan Avenue in Chicago. Built by Holabird & Root, it was completed in 1929 and was home to Colgate-Palmolive-Peet. The Palmolive Building came to be known as the Playboy Building when it was home to Playboy magazine from 1965 to 1989. During this time, the word P-L-A-Y-B-O-Y was spelled out in 9 feet (2.7 m) letters.

Park Lane Tower is a high-rise building planned for construction in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami, Florida. It has been approved by the City of Miami, and is scheduled to begin construction in late 2007. If completed, the building would rise 437 feet (133 meters), with 33 floors. Park Lane Tower is one of several new mixed use developments taking place in Miami, and will consist of both office and residential space. It is a part of the city's recent Manhattanization wave.
