The Olympic Tower is a 620ft (189m) tall skyscraper in New York City, New York. It was constructed from 1972 to 1976 and has 51 floors. Skidmore, Owings & Merrill designed the building, which is tied with 10 East 40th Street for the 71st tallest building in New York. The tower has 225 units, 92,900 m² of floor area, and is the first building in the city to combine retail, offices, a museum, and apartments.

The Omni San Diego Hotel is a four-diamond high-rise luxury hotel and condominium tower in San Diego, California. It is owned and operated by Omni Hotels & Resorts. Built in 2004 at a cost of $124 million, the 32-story, 511-room Omni San Diego is located across the street from the San Diego Convention Center and connected via sky bridge to Petco Park. The hotel has over 20,000 square feet of meeting space in addition to a 9,750 square foot ballroom.

One America Plaza is the tallest building in San Diego, California and a prominent fixture in San Diego's skyline. Located in the waterfront district of Downtown San Diego, One America Plaza is a thirty-four story, obelisk-shaped tower standing 500 feet tall, designed by architects Helmut Jahn of Murphy/Jahn Architects and Krommenhoek/McKeown & Associates. The top of the building bears a striking resemblance to the end of a Phillips-head screwdriver.

One Astor Plaza is a 745 ft (227 m) high skyscraper in Times Square in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Completed in 1972, the building is 54 stories tall and was designed by Der Scutt of Ely J. Kahn & Jacobs. Originally known as the W.T. Grant Building, it is currently the headquarters for Viacom and houses the MTV Studios, Minskoff Theatre, the Nokia Theatre at Times Square, and some retail outlets. One Biscayne Tower is an office skyscraper in downtown Miami, Florida. It is located on the eastern edge of the Central Business District, on South Biscayne Boulevard. It is comprised completely of Class A office space. The building contains 39 floors and is 492 ft (150 m) tall, to the roof. The 200-foot (61 m) antenna on top of the building raises its total height, including antenna, to nearly 700 feet (210 m).

One Citizens Plaza is a 13-story office building in Providence, Rhode Island situated at the confluence of the Moshassuck and Woonasquatucket Rivers. It is the headquarters of Citizens Bank. Standing at 180 feet (55 m), One Citizens Plaza is tied with the Brown University Sciences Library as the 13th-tallest building in the city. Finished in 1991, the building had been the first new high-rise in the city in over a decade.

Rising 619 feet (189 m), the 43-story tower is the tallest office building in Michigan, and the second tallest overall in the state behind the central hotel tower of the Renaissance Center, located a few blocks away.

One Kennedy Square is a 10 story building at 777 Woodward Avenue, near Campus Martius Park in downtown Detroit, Michigan. The building stands on the site of the old Detroit City Hall. It is occupied by the Ernst & Young accounting firm. Construction on Detroit's newest mid-rise started in 2005 and was completed in 2006. The building has 13 total floors, with 10 above-ground floors, and 3 basement floors.
