It is also adjacent to the main campus of Pace University. The Beekman Tower will be one of the tallest buildings in New York City.

The building encloses 1,300,000 square feet (121,000 m) of office space. The building was designed by the Philadelphia-based architecture firm Kling Lindquist. A city ordinance declared that no building within 250 feet (76 m) of the nearby Benjamin Franklin Parkway can rise higher than 250 feet (76 m).

Bertelsmann Building, originally known as 1540 Broadway, is a 42-story, 733 foot (223 m) office tower in Times Square in Manhattan, New York City, standing at West 45th Street. The building is the North American headquarters of Bertelsmann. Started in 1989 and finished in 1990, the tower is one of the few in Times Square to contain class A office space. Also found in the tower is Planet Hollywood's first Official All Star Café.

One Beacon Court (also called the Bloomberg Tower), is a skyscraper on the East Side of Midtown Manhattan, New York City. It houses the headquarters of Bloomberg L.P. in the lower floors and luxury condominiums in the higher floors. It is located at 731 Lexington Avenue between East 58th and 59th streets. It was built on the site of the flagship Alexander's Department Store which was torn down in 2000. The mid-block public space at the base of the building is called Beacon Court.

Randolph Street at the NE corner of Randolph and Columbus Drive, in Chicago, Illinois, United States of America. The building's address is 300 E. Randolph. The building is located next to the Aon Center and original plans hoped to connect the two buildings via an underground pedway but the plans never came to fruition. The Capitol Grand Tower is a proposed residential skyscraper located on the northeast corner of 12th and J Streets in downtown Sacramento, California. The proposal stands at 965 feet (294 m), which is significantly taller than Sacramento's current tallest building, the Wells Fargo Center. The tower was originally proposed as a 701 foot (213 m) tower containing 56 floors. These floors would contain 280 condominiums, 200 hotel rooms, and 50,000 square feet (4,650 square meter) of office space.

Part of a cluster of three very tall buildings (along with CitySpire Center and Metropolitan Tower), the tower was built in an architectural style in harmony with its western neighbor Carnegie Hall, a New York landmark. The tower is 231 meters (757 ft) tall and was completed in 1991 following the design by Cesar Pelli first conceived in 1987.

CenterPoint Energy Plaza (formerly Houston Industries Plaza) is a 741 ft (226 m) building in downtown Houston. The original building, finished in 1974, stood at 651 ft (198.5 m), but a 90 ft (27.5 m) extension was added as part of a 1996 renovation. It has the headquarters of CenterPoint Energy. When Reliant Energy moved out of the building and moved into the new Reliant Energy Plaza in 2003, the company left over 400,000 square feet (37,000 m) of space vacant.

Chase Tower, located in the Chicago Loop area of Chicago at 10 South Dearborn Street, is a 60 story skyscraper completed in 1969. At 850 feet (259 m) tall, it is the tenth tallest building in Chicago, the tallest building inside the Chicago 'L' Loop elevated tracks, and the 32nd tallest in the United States. Design architects for the construction were C.F. Murphy Associates and Perkins and Will. The building has the headquarters of Exelon.
