BOK Tower, formerly One Williams Center, is a skyscraper in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. At 203 m (667 ft) in height, the 52-story tower is the tallest building in any of the five "Plains States": Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota, as well as the surrounding states of Missouri, Arkansas and New Mexico. It was built in 1975 and designed by Minoru Yamasaki & Associates, the same architect who designed the World Trade Center in New York.
The Borden Building is a 438ft (134m), 34 floor, tall skyscraper in Columbus, Ohio. It was topped out on May 9, 1973, and completed the next year. Harrison & Abramovitz designed the building, which is the 9th tallest in Columbus. It has 52,842 m² of floor space.
Brewster-Douglass Housing Projects is the largest residential housing project owned by the city of Detroit, located in the Brush Park section on the East Side of Detroit, Michigan near the Chrysler Freeway, Mack Avenue and St. Antoine Street. The housing project is named after Frederick Douglass, African American abolitionist, author, and reformer. It has undergone urban renewal.

The Buckingham, formerly known as Buckingham Plaza, is a 44-story all-residential condominium designed by Fujikawa Johnson & Associates. Located on East Randolph Street in Chicago, Illinois, the building sits between the new 340 on the Park building to its west and the older Outer Drive East building to its east. Two parks, Millennium Park and Lakeshore East Park, are immediately located to The Buckingham's south and north faces respectively.
Cadillac Tower is a Beaux Arts skyscraper designed by the architectural firm of Bonnah & Chaffee located at 65 Cadillac Square in downtown Detroit, Michigan, not far from the Renaissance Center. The building's materials include terra cotta and brick. It was built in 1927 as the Barlum Tower and has 40 floors, including two below ground. At the top of the tower is a tall guyed mast for local radio station WJLB. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.

The building has the world headquarters of Calpine. Hines and Prime Asset Management jointly developed the building. Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum's Houston office designed the building, and Turner Construction acted as the general contractor.
Candela Hotel & Residences is an approved 410 ft (125 m) tall skyscraper in Seattle, Washington. It will have 36 floors, and will be located near the historic Pike Place Market at the intersection of 2nd Avenue and Pike Street. The architecture of the building is particularly interesting as it is significantly smaller in the middle than the top and the bottom. Construction is set to be complete in 2012.

The tower was built on the site of the former Wade Hampton Hotel which was imploded in July 1985.
