560 North Fairbanks is a proposed 787ft (240m) tall skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois. It is scheduled to be completed in 2010 and have 58 floors. The tower will have a 200 room hotel and 170 residential units. Solomon, Cordwell, Buenz and Associates designed the building and Draper and Kramer are developing it.
99 Church Street is a new building under construction in Lower Manhattan, New York City. It will be the tallest residential building in the city, at 912 feet. The building was designed by Robert A. M. Stern, and is being developed by Silverstein Properties. The facade of 99 Church Street will be clad in limestone. 99 Church Street will contain a Four Seasons Hotel and condominium apartments.
The Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park is a 1,200 ft (366 m) skyscraper in the Midtown Manhattan district of New York City, in the United States. It is located on Sixth Avenue, between 42nd and 43rd Street, opposite Bryant Park. The US$1 billion project has been designed by Cook+Fox Architects to be one of the most efficient and ecologically friendly buildings in the world.
The Beekman, also known as Beekman Tower a is a 76-story skyscraper designed by acclaimed architect Frank Gehry currently under construction in the New York City borough of Manhattan at 8 Spruce Street, just south of City Hall Plaza and the Brooklyn Bridge. It is also adjacent to the main campus of Pace University. The Beekman Tower will be one of the tallest buildings in New York City.
The Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island Headquarters is a LEED Certified high-rise project currently under construction in downtown Providence, Rhode Island. The building is wedged in between the two Waterplace towers, at the intersection of American Express Plaza and Exchange Street.
The Chant Tower is a thirty story mixed-use tower planned to be built at the SW corner of Jefferson & I-25 in Albuquerque. The Chant Tower is proposed to be taller than the 351-foot Albuquerque Plaza Office Tower. If built, it will become the second tallest building in the state of New Mexico after the The Residences at Packard Place slated for completion in 2010. This building will include a hotel, office space, and a limited amount of retail space.
Devon World Headquarters Tower is a 50-story corporate skyscraper under construction in downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Construction began October 6, 2009, and is expected to be completed in 2012. The tower is located next to the historic Colcord Hotel, which Devon currently owns, on Sheridan Avenue between Hudson and Robinson Avenues.
The Duke Energy Center is a 786 feet (240 m) tall, 48-floor (54 floors including mechanical floors) skyscraper in Charlotte, North Carolina. When completed in 2010, it was the second tallest building in Charlotte, and the tallest in the world to use precast double tees built by Prestress of the Carolinas. The building and adjacent cultural arts campus are owned by Wells Fargo.
The Empire World Towers are two proposed supertall skyscrapers to be built in Miami, Florida in the United States. The complex consists of the Empire World Tower I and the Empire World Tower II. If completed, both towers would stand at 1,022 feet (312 m), with 93 stories each. They would surpass the Four Seasons Hotel Miami and become the city's 2nd tallest buildings, behind One Bayfront Plaza.
Fifth and Columbia Tower is a 660ft (201m) tall skyscraper approved for construction in Seattle, Washington. It will be completed in 2011 and have 43 floors. It was designed by Zimmer Gunsul Frasca and is being developed by Daniels Development Company. When the building is completed it will be the seventh tallest building in Seattle, and the tallest building completed since 2006.
