Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore and Residences is a highrise hotel complex building under construction, located in Baltimore, Maryland. The building is expected to rise 494 feet (151 m). The building's construction began in 2007 and is expected to be completed in 2010. This building was originally planned to be constructed as two towers, each having 22 floors 294 feet (90 m).
Four Seasons Private Residences Denver is an under construction, 565 feet (172 m) tall skyscraper in Denver, Colorado. It is planned to be completed in 2010 and have 45 stories, and 695,000 sq ft (71,209 m²) of usable floors space. It is estimated to cost $350 millon, which would make it the most expensive privately-owned building ever constructed in Denver.
The Franklin County Government Center is a government complex in Columbus, Ohio. The tallest building in the complex is the 27 floor, 464ft tall Franklin County Courthouse. It is the 7th tallest building in Columbus. Other building include 19 floor Municipal Court, and the 10 floor Hall of Justice, both designed by Prindle & Patrick. The 7 floor New Franklin County Hall of Justice will be completed in 2010.
One World Trade Center (also known as the Freedom Tower,[12] 1 World Trade Center, One WTC and 1 WTC) is the main building of the rebuilt World Trade Center complex in Lower Manhattan, New York City. It is the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, and the sixth-tallest in the world. The supertall structure has the same name as the North Tower of the original World Trade Center, which was completely destroyed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
200 West Street is a 740-foot (230 m) tall, 43-story building that opened in January 2010 in the Battery Park City neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City USA. It is the global headquarters of Goldman Sachs. It is located on West Street, between Vesey and Murray Streets. It is adjacent to the World Financial Center and the Embassy Suites hotel, across the street from the Verizon Building, and diagonally opposite the World Trade Center site and One World Trade Center.
The Great American Tower at Queen City Square, is a skyscraper currently under construction in Cincinnati, Ohio. The tower, built by Western & Southern Financial Group, began construction in July 2008, with completion set for 2011 at a cost of $322 million. Half the building will be occupied by Great American Insurance Company headquartered in Cincinnati.
JW Marriott Indianapolis is a hotel that is currently under construction. The hotel is expected to be 34 floors and 376 feet (115 m) tall, making it the 7th-tallest building in Indianapolis and tallest hotel in Indiana upon completion in 2011. It is expected to have over 1,000 rooms and will have 3 underground parking garages. When completed, it will be the largest JW Marriott hotel in the world. The facility is owned and will be managed by White Lodging.

MainPlace is a 630 ft (192 m) tall skyscraper under construction in Downtown Houston, Texas. It will be completed in 2010 and have 46 floors. It has been pre-certified Silver LEED. When it is completed MainPlace will become the 15th tallest building in Houston and will feature a skygarden on the 39th floor. It is the tallest building built in Houston in 23 years, after the Heritage Plaza was completed in 1987.
One Museum Park, designed by Chicago-based architecture firm Pappageorge Haymes, Ltd. and located in the Near South Side community area, is the tallest building in the Central Station development, the tallest building on the south side of Chicago and the tallest in Chicago south of Van Buren Street.
