The Pinnacle at Symphony Place is a 29 story, 417 feet (127 m) office and retail skyscraper located in Nashville, Tennessee, in the city's SoBro (South of Broadway) district. Located across the street from the Schermerhorn Symphony Center, the building officially opened on February 10, 2010. The building includes 500,000 square feet of Class A office space and 24,000 square feet of retail space.
The Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia is a 394 feet (120-meter) 30-storey skyscraper located south of City Hall in the Center City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1930-1931 as the Girard Trust Building. The tower was actually an addition to a domed low-rise building which was constructed in 1908. It was then renamed Two Mellon Plaza. One Meridian Plaza (1972-1999) was connected to this building.

The Westin Providence is a Neo-Traditionalist skyscraper in downtown Providence, Rhode Island, occupied by the Westin Hotel. At 329 feet (100 m), it became the fourth-tallest building in the city and the state on on 15 February 2007, when the nearby slightly taller Residences at the Westin topped out. Brick facades and a pitched roof adorn the building.
Three First National Plaza is a 57-story office tower in Chicago. Completed in 1981, the building is one of the tallest in Chicago at 767 feet (234 m). The 1,439,369-square-foot (133,721.8 m) building was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in a sawtooth shape to minimize obstructions it might cause to nearby buildings. The design also allows for thirteen corner offices on lower floors and nine corner offices in the upper regions.
The Time-Life Building, located at 1271 Avenue of the Americas (6th Avenue) in Rockefeller Center in New York opened in 1959 and designed by the Rockefeller family's architect Wallace Harrison, of Harrison, Abramovitz, and Harris. It was the first expansion of Rockefeller Center west of the Avenue of the Americas. Air rights for the building were purchased from the Roxy Theatre to the west. The Roxy would be torn down in 1960 and an office building that is connected to Time-Life was built.

Tower 49 is an office skyscraper in the Midtown Manhattan district of New York City. While nowhere near as illustrious as its neighbours at Rockefeller Center it is of principal architectural note because it provides an elegant solution to the problem of an irregular building lot. In this case the lot is fronted on both 48th Street and 49th Street between 5th Avenue and Madison Avenue. The street frontages were offset by about the width of an NYC brownstone lot on both sides.
