Trammell Crow Center is a 50-story postmodern skyscraper at 2001 Ross Avenue in the Arts District of downtown Dallas, Texas. With a structural height of 708 ft (216 m), and 686 ft (209 m) to the roof, it is the sixth-tallest building in Dallas and the 18th-tallest in the state The tower was designed by the architecture firm, Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, and has a polished and flamed granite façade, with 1,200,000 sq ft (111,000 m) of office space.

Two Prudential Plaza is a super-tall skyscraper that was built in the Loop area of Chicago, Illinois, United States in 1990. At 995 feet (303 m) tall, it is currently the sixth-tallest building in Chicago and the thirteenth tallest in the United States. The building was designed by the firm Loebl, Schlossman & Hackl, with Stephen T. Wright as the principal in charge of design.

2 World Financial Center is one of the largest skyscrapers in New York City, located at 225 Liberty Street in the Financial District of the New York City borough of Manhattan. Rising 645 feet (197 m), the building is the second tallest of the four buildings in the World Financial Center complex that stands in southwest Manhattan. It is similar in design to Three World Financial Center, except that its roof is dome-shaped rather than 3 WFC's solid pyramid design.

U.S. Bank Tower, formerly Library Tower and First Interstate Bank World Center, is a 310.3 m (1,018 ft) skyscraper at 633 West Fifth Street in downtown Los Angeles, California. It is the tallest building in the state, the tenth-tallest in the United States, the tallest west of the Mississippi River, and as of December 2009, the 40th tallest building in the world.

The US Bank Tower is a 389ft (119m) tall skyscraper in Denver, Colorado. It was completed in 1975 and has 26 floors. Minoru Yamasaki & Associates designed the building and it is the 19th tallest in Denver. Its facade is clad in white marble with tinted glass.

The Victory Tower, also referred to as Mandarin Oriental Dallas Hotel & Residences, is a skyscraper under on-hold status in the new Victory Park neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. The building is the tallest structure under construction in the city, and is the only building planned to rise over 400 feet (122 meters) under construction in Dallas. Upon completion, the Victory Tower would stand as the 8th-tallest building in the city, rising to a height of 650 feet (198 m) with 43 floors.

W Austin Hotel & Residences is a currently topped out building in Austin, Texas located on 200 Lavaca Street. It stands 478 feet above the ground with 37 floors above the ground. It will soon to house the Austin City Limits Studio, greatly increasing the seating size from 350 to 2,200. It is a residential building that sits behind the Austin City Hall. It holds 250 hotel units and 159 condominiums.

The Waldorf-Astoria Hotel is a luxury hotel in New York. It has been housed in two historic landmark buildings in New York City. The first, designed by architect Henry J. Hardenbergh, was on the Fifth Avenue site of the Empire State Building. The present building at 301 Park Avenue in Manhattan is a 47 story, 625 ft. (191 m) Art Deco landmark, designed by architects Schultze and Weaver and dating from 1931.
