Announced in 2006, Trump SoHo New York or just Trump SoHo will be a $450 million, 46 story, 391 unit hotel condominium. The building is located at 246 Spring Street, between Varick Street and Sixth Avenue, a few blocks west of the SoHo neighborhood in New York City. This is a region zoned for manufacturing, which precludes permanent residences. The condo-hotel design was approved after negotiations with New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
The Trump International Hotel and Tower, also known as Trump Tower Chicago and locally as the Trump Tower, is a skyscraper condo-hotel in downtown Chicago, Illinois. The building, named after real estate developer Donald Trump, was designed by architect Adrian Smith of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. Bovis Lend Lease built the 92-story structure, which reached a height of 1,389 feet (423 m) including its spire, its roof topping out at 1,170 feet (360 m).
twelve | west is a 22-floor, mixed-use apartment and office building located in downtown Portland, Oregon, United States. The building is home to INDIGO @ twelve | west apartments and ZGF Architects LLP. During design and construction the building was known as “12W” and “ZGF Tower”, but the name changed after a naming contest in July 2009. Initial plans included a hotel and a total of 31 floors, but they were revised after the hotel company withdrew.

Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Philadelphia is a proposed skyscraper in the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The tower itself will soar at 670 ft with 58 floors, which it'll be located on 1441 Chestnut St. Waldorf Astoria Philadelphia plans to complete this project by the year of 2012. This hotel will be a property of the developing Waldorf=Astoria Collection, a luxury chain of hotels and resorts, owned by Hilton Hotels Corporation.
The Watermark Detroit project is one of three condo developments chosen to fill sites along the Detroit Riverfront once occupied by cement companies. The project, previously known as Chene West, is the first to reach a development agreement with the city. Detroit businessman, former Piston,and current Mayor of Detroit Dave Bing said construction of the buildings, which will house 112 units that include condos and town homes, is expected to be completed by 2009.
Waterview Tower is a mixed-use, partially-constructed skyscraper in downtown Chicago, Illinois. Originally scheduled for completion in 2009, construction was suspended in early 2008 at a height of 26 floors as the developer became unable to secure financing, but now it's been delayed to 2012. If completed, it will be the fifth tallest building in Chicago and the third tallest residential building at 1,047 ft (319 m) tall.
